The manufacturer and TASGI agree in advance on a set rate of commission and TASGI pays all selling expenses thus reducing the risk of unknown factors that can hinder the future of successfully marketing their product. i.e. Loss of employees, Airfare, Rental Cars, Meals, employee promotions, etc.

Customer Relationships
The average manufacturer-direct salesperson is in a territory for two years or less before he or she is promoted, transferred or defects to a competitor for more money. TASGI representatives have a lifetime commitment to the territory/customers, thus holding better relationships with the customers.

Immediate Access To The Market
TASGI has an experienced sales team already in the territory with existing relationships. TASGI representatives provide much deeper coverage than a single direct sales employee.

TASGI employees have years of successful aftermarket experience under their belts to draw from. We have represented large aerospace manufacturers and repair stations prior to joining the TASGI team.

Highly Experienced, More Aggressive Sales Force
TASGI employee's are aerospace professionals either FAA Certified Pilots and/or FAA Certified   Aircraft Technicians, or have a proven track record in the aerospace aftermarket. Since the majority of their salary is based on sales, they must sell to succeed.
